Invest Training Services was established in 2017 to provide customised training programs to the horticulture industry. We believe the greatest resource a company has are their people. Our passion is to empower staff and companies to grow their skills and productivity through targeted training. Brent and Grant Ingles have decades of experience in the industry, keeping abreast of new trends and providing appropriate training strategies for companies to remain effective in the current marketplace. We go the extra mile to lead students to achieve their goals, with a proven record of successful graduates. Invest training prides itself on identifying the client's needs and developing a training pathway specifically tailored to meet these requirements, taking into account staffing profiles. Students gain new skills and are provided with the wrap-around support to aid in their success. We meet the required industry standards and support trainees with literacy and numeracy skills. Working with NMIT, trainees will receive NZQA qualifications from our experienced assessors and mediators.
