Involute has gained certification from Intertek for exports to various countries worldwide to ensure excellence in product quality. Involute has been a participant at the world largest technological fair Hannover Messe, Hannover, Germany, BAUMA, Munich, Germany & Excon, Bangalore, India. These fairs have helped us remain in touch with our customers and the market demand.
The products are manufactured using the best raw materials, which undergo stringent metallurgical testing and microstructure tests for composition; NDT and microstructure tests are carried out after material hardening.
Our products are designed using the latest Computer Aided Design packages to ensure compliance with worldwide practices. The gears are manufactured on our in-house hobbing & gear grinding facilities. To maintain high quality standards, international CNC Gear Grinding & Cylindrical Grinding Machines, CNC Machining & Turning Centre’s and CNC Vertical Turning Lathe are used to manufacture all our products.
Our product range comprises of industrial gears & gearboxes & specialized products, such as timing pulleys, slewing rings and sprockets.
