IoD Bermuda

The Institute of Directors Bermuda Branch is a business organisation for current and aspiring company directors, senior business leaders and entrepreneurs. The 150 members of the Branch represent diverse private and public, small and large sectors of the business community. The Bermuda Branch promotes excellence and encourages best practice in corporate governance through education, training, networking and the engagement of a dynamic membership body. The Branch has supported more than 50 members to complete IoD London director certifications, including 20 Diplomas and 4 Chartered Directors. Branch Briefings feature resident and international subject expert speakers who address topical business issues. Networking events provide opportunities for members to get to know each other better in informal settings. The full engagement influences governance discussions among business leaders in the jurisdiction.
