What this means is we can specialize in DFM (Design For Manufacturing) or smaller porotype runs to help the customer establish the market and then we can quickly ramp up to 100 or 250 or 500++ quantities to meet your requirement OR take your design and go straight to production, whatever best suites YOUR needs. You can give us your drawings or concept (we can complete the design) and we can give you options of a Sheet Metal, Die Cast, Extrusion (Heat Sinks & Heat Pipes) or Plastic Component, Enclosure or Assembly designs and give you positives and negatives on using each process or material and let you decide which best suit your needs. FULL-SERVICE means we can provide you with a finished part and this is your best price advantage by allowing us to quote a finished product including custom machining, PEM/Fastener installation, Powder Coating, Plating (anodizing, Chromate, Alodine and so on), silk screening/engraving, partial and full box build including retail packing. “Cradle to Grave” means as your product matures we will continually give you suggestions, (process changes, material changes, sub-assemblies) to reduce your cost giving you an improved sales advantage.
