IOP-Test, LLC

The IOP-Test, LLC possesses the rights to the Inventory of Problems-29 (IOP-29; Viglione, Giromini, & Landis, 2017), a new, brief, inexpensive, self-administered test designed to assist practitioners discriminating feigners from bona fide patients (www.iop-test.com). Despite its being comprised of only 29 items, its classification accuracy compares favorably to that of popular measures such as the SIMS (Giromini et al., 2018). As a multi-purpose test it works with psychotic, post-traumatic, depressive, and traumatic brain injury presentations with stable cutoffs (Giromini et al., 2019). In addition, the IOP-29 is a perfect complement to performance validity tests like the TOMM (Giromini, Barbosa et al., 2019) and multi-scale personality inventories such as the MMPI (Giromini, Lettieri et al., 2019).
