Largely managed by Fintech industry experts who have made a name in providing top­notch business outsourcing solutions, implementation of computerized systems and customized ICT solutions for global financial firms. These industry experts have been involved in managing the global expansion of two New York­ based FIX companies, building­ out a Product Support team with level II/III engineers and developers. These expansions likewise required the establishment of a full software QA team for a wide range of product line. Other teams like Service Desk, Network Operations, FIX connectivity, and FIX Onboarding was also institutionalized offshore ­­ acquiring various certifications such as Series 7 and 63, ITIL certification, Cisco and MSCS. These teams were powered by skilled professionals with multi­ language specializations, enabling their aggressive expansion in Japan and China. The same group was behind the company that helped a New York ­based exchange firm to navigate local customs and contacts and establish a local entity in Asia. Highly involved in rolling ­out an environment that passed all information security and regulatory compliance requirements. One of their major feat is the build out of a development and QA team for a Japan ­based Trading Software Company in the Philippines to supplement their Sydney and Tokyo operations.
