I Pani is located in Dolceacqua , in the hills of Liguria, a thin slice of land in the North Western part of Italy, home of valued quality products "Made in Italy" such as extravirgin olive oil, basil and many other typical herbs. The company began as a little bakery in the early 1970's . Nowadays I Pani is an Italian producer offering 5 main different families of bread substitutes and snacks: Bruschetta, Artisanal Grissini/breadsticks, Crispy Focaccia, Ciappa of Liguria (Ligurian flatbread) and Toasted Italian Focaccia. The firm has obtained IFS/BRC Certifications (audit unannounced) at high level.
