Sellers can list their tech assets on the platform and receive step by step assistance until their asset is acquired. Buyers get access to a sharply curated list of high quality tech assets for acquisition. IPbuzzar will manage the transaction throughout to offer a seamless experience to buyers and sellers. Transactions on IPbuzzar are structured as asset sale which limits the need for a buyer to do a diligence on the product alone and not necessarily undertake a deep diligence into the selling entity. This approach induces velocity to the transaction and substantially reduces the transaction closure timelines.
