This is a Joint venture Company between United Group and Summit Enterprise (Two of the most prominent group of companies in Bangladesh). IPCO is a construction venture to construct One of the Largest project now in Dhaka- 'Airport Village' (right next to Shahjalal International Airport). IPCO Developments Ltd. oversees the Construction & Logistic works and IPCO Hotels Ltd. takes care of the Management & Legal issues. The 'Airport Village' complex contains 7-buildings: One 400 room 5-Star Hotel, One 270 room 4-Star Hotel, One Retail Shopping with 700 shops, cinema hall etc. One 4000sqm Banquet hall with 12-story office One 12-storey Parking-cum-office building And a labyrinth of underground service 'Back of House'
