This ‘brain drain’ prompted the Damani group to make a foray into the BPO sector in Solapur itself. As a result, iPing BPO (formerly known as iPing Technologies, now a division of Suchetan Commercial and Marketing Pvt. Ltd) was formed in August 2008, providing employment to the youth of Solapur by integrating our business needs with the region’s social brain drain. We have always strived to offer all our employees an equal chance to grow without sacrificing their quality of life.
Our team provides a bouquet of services to our clients including customer interactions management, portal development and customized IT solutions. Our business philosophy is defined by its efficient QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery) in each of these services. Our experience in different sectors has assisted in forming cordial relations with our clients. Our multilingual, dedicated and dynamic workforce is involved in voice services (inbound and outbound) as well as back office services. We have long-term associations with organizations in non-banking financial, media services and telecom sectors. Our commitment towards continued customer satisfaction is evident in the explosive annual revenue growth of 153.3% over the last five years.
Our workforce, initially 25 strong with fluency in 3 languages operating from 1 center, has now grown to 220 employees with linguistic capabilities of 11 languages across 2 centers in Pune and Solapur. Our expansive growth has been achieved due to a committed and consistently performing set of iPingkars. This is evident from the annual attrition rate of 6.8% in Solapur and 9.6% in Pune (in the year 2013), much lower than the industry standard. Our high-tech infrastructure matches the benchmark set by the market segment while retaining its cost-effective edge.
