No. 202301012755 (1506677-P)] (“RAHSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Railway Assets Corporation (“RAC”), and Silver Smart Sdn. Bhd. [Co. Regn. No. 202201036679 (1482376-D)] (“SSSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the State Secretary, Perak (Incorporation) (“SSI”). The development project of Ipoh Sentral on the Project Lands is based on a transit-oriented development model. Our core business focuses on asset management and real estate development, with the goal of transforming Ipoh Sentral into a thriving TOD where the community can seamlessly live, work, play and commute.
