By using objective measuring and the principles of maths, physics and engineering we create unique products which fit both the horse and rider individually, are performance enhancing and, most importantly, provide support and protection to the horse and rider. Saddle fitting needn't be a black art - our products build on the feel and experience of qualified and trusted saddle fitters by injecting a bit of science! An Ipotane is in Greek mythology, a member of a race of half-horse, half-humans. The Ipotanes are considered the original version of the centaur. The Ipotane had the body of a human but the head of the horse. The bespoke nature of our design is achieved by using our own accurate and specially designed way of objectively measuring both the horse and rider; our bespoke measuring program uses a complex mathematical algorithm to manufacture a product unique to the horse and rider by scientifically calculating the ideal position for both athletes, therefore we are able to create a balanced saddle that will enhance performance. This has enabled us to create a product that mirrors the personal and distinctive relationship between a horse and their rider, without compromising on quality, style or comfort. As every product is individually made, we will have to retain the individual’s data for future changes or adjustments, whilst also providing a better proactive service for the customer.
