IPRA Intellectual Property Rights in Agriculture

IPRA is an initiative established to raise awareness among right holders on intellectual property rights in agriculture (breeders' rights, patents and trademarks), to register the right, to manage the right in a holistic manner after registration, to combat infringements and to ensure that the intellectual product subject to the right can safely take place in the international market. IPRA takes a holistic approach to intellectual property rights and provides legal guidance to right holders, their trademarks and their companies. IPRA's mission is to ensure that rights holders are compensated for their labor and that their ideas reach the world.
