Iprovefit

At Iprovefit we are Role Models and Mentors to young adults. We are based in Swindon but work all over Wiltshire and some parts of Gloucester. Our aim is to help disaffected children and young adults with any issues they may have and to help them move forward positively and productively. Iprovefit perform a non judgmental service to young adults where they come to us with a clean slate and using our background and knowledge, we aim to reset or improve their lifestyle through encouragement and honesty. Iprovefit understands the need to be adaptable to situations and circumstances. This enables us to work within challenging environments. Iprovefit builds trust and relates to students from various backgrounds, which has enabled students to: - Improve attendance - Quit smoking - Improve nutrition - Improve punctuality - Improve behaviour - Deal with stressful situations better - Improve sleep hygiene - Increase fitness - Understand the need for a balanced lifestyle Through Iprovefit courses and one on one sessions, these achievements are just a few of the choices the students make based on the knowledge and life skills gained through our tailored programs.
