IPS Grow exists to support the national commitment to increasing access to IPS by empowering and mobilising a community of providers committed to working together to improve employment outcomes. Getting into employment can be a vital part of a recovery journey. Individual Placement Support (IPS) is the leading model to help people with severe mental health problems secure a paid role of their choosing.
IPS Grow work with partner providers across the country to help them to deliver world-class IPS and enable more people than ever before to increase their confidence, overcome barriers and gain independence through securing paid employment.
We will work with Partner Providers to embed best practice and deliver high-quality services through:
Support: Providing hands-on local support through our dedicated team of Regional IPS Grow Leads
Workforce Development: Strengthening the IPS workforce, from recruitment support to to free e-learning resources
Impact: Supporting data collection and ensuring the right tools and processes are in place to help services effectively monitor and demonstrate their outcomes
