The company was founded in 2014, based on developing and supplying Rail Transit with finished components from IPS proprietary materials Nylotherm®, which can only be acquired through IPS. IPS was introduced to the certification program, through an established business relationship in 2019. Recognizing this program to be a perfect fit for a Women Owned Small Business that produced Made in America products specifically for the transportation industry, IPS achieved Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) Certification early January of 2021. IPS continues to grow and is awarded more DBE certifications in multiple States throughout the USA. IPS utilizes its strong supplier relationships, market knowledge, and DBE experience to meet the business needs of our clients. IPS offers a broad amount of rail construction products and materials.
