Ipsa Consulting is a female-led marketing consultancy that works with organisations and individuals who want to grow, responsibly. We’ve been around since 2017 working for a variety of purposeful organisations with changemakers, activists and founders who want to use business as a force for good. We’re feminists working to create a new business model that bucks traditional economic trends. Part creative agency, part business consultancy - a collaborative collective of diverse and bold thinkers united by a mission to use our skills, network and experiences to enable purposeful organisations leave a positive legacy and create lasting impact. We support and nurture underrepresented female talent and create positive impact for external female-focussed non-profits. By creating job opportunities for traditionally underrepresented female talent, and donating the equivalent of 5% profit in volunteer time to help non-profits that create economic advantage for women and environmental improvements by women.
