Institute for Pharmaceutical Skill Development and Research (IPSDRLAB) has been established to support new pharma graduates to flourish themselves towards their higher academic or professional careers. IPSDRLAB is basically country's first private initiative to make the graduates prepared for professional career at home and also for scopes of higher education in abroad. Most of the fresh university graduates find themselves in a dilemma of choosing a professional career or to go abroad for higher study. IPSDRLAB has been created to provide them with consultancy experts from renowned Pharmaceuticals who will present the culture and practice of Industrial and Corporate field so that graduates can get a fresh scenario of the industry and to get prepared for it. Graduates with a dream to reach their desired destination for higher education around the globe, in most cases suffer from the lack of laboratory work experience. Many have completed their thesis without planning or knowing the necessity of it when it comes to approach a foreign scholarship. Many of them get to know its value when it’s too late to get back to the opportunity of work. Many of the students do not even get the opportunity of doing a research work due to their university constraints. Once the opportunity is gone after graduation, only IPSDRLAB can provide the opportunity again for them to be engaged in a hi-tech research laboratory to explore their laboratory potential and get the exposure to present themselves competitively to the world. A team of pioneer laboratory experts will provide effective training on various laboratory procedures on Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Phytochemistry, Microbiology and so on.
