The International Property Securities Exchange (IPSX) operates the world’s first regulated stock exchange dedicated to commercial property providing a public stock market solely for the admission and trading of shares in companies owning and managing commercial property assets.
IPSX provides asset owners, both investors and owner occupiers, the ability to partially release capital value in a single asset whilst retaining the ability to have control.
IPSX provides investors access to the commercial property asset class by providing a proxy to direct ownership. IPSX allows investors to buy and sell shares in listed single asset commercial property companies providing yield in a tax efficient security (ISA, SIPP).
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a Recognition Order in respect of IPSX UK Limited and is designated as a Recognised Investment Exchange (RIE).
IPSX has joined a small group of securities exchanges in the UK – all of which are operated by major international market infrastructure groups. The Exchange operates an “EU Regulated Market”, which provides asset owners with the potential to access the widest pool of institutional and private investors.
