Audio recordings with English lessons: these are specially designed lessons to learn in a relaxed state (Alpha waves) and additional lessons to listen to while in a state of normal activity. SITA system & deep relaxation (ALPHA waves) The system consists of specially designed courses (sound recordings) and the Sita device. The Sita device is a unique solution thanks to which it is possible to obtain an appropriate state and keep it during learning. The device uses the biofeedback phenomenon.
