IQ Accelerate was founded by Silicon Valley veteran Iliana Quinonez to combine a love of technology with a passion for helping people in the industry. IQ Accelerate provides startup advising, executive and career coaching services for organizations and professionals in the high tech industry. Our founder is an IT Executive and Certified Executive Coach with more than 25 years of experience working in the high-tech industry around the world. Her experience includes leadership roles and coaching and mentoring practice in Business Strategy, Solutions Engineering, Business Development, Sales, Product Management, Consulting and Career Development. She has worked at Enterprise Software companies and startups including Salesforce, SAP, BEA systems, and Informix Software. Her startup experience includes successful IPOs as well as companies pivoting and changing paths. All of her experience yields the insights and empathy she uses to advise and coach startup founders, early-stage teams and high-tech professionals.
