Intact Qualitative Research is a family business we started to address the shortcomings we saw in research facilities. Having worked in the industry for 10 years, we saw an opportunity to create both a space and a market research firm that’s more in-tune with today’s consumer-driven marketing climate. We replaced the one-way mirrors and windowless rooms with 20 ft. ceilings, natural light and modern furnishings. We swapped the bland office park location for San Francisco’s thriving, technology-fueled South of Market neighborhood.
