I’ve always been drawn to minds that don’t quite fit the mold. My training in Life & Business Coaching, NLP, and especially in ADHD coaching provides a solid foundation for my work. But it’s the quieter, ongoing, inner work and personal exploration that shades it and continues to teach me how to hold space with care. I bring lived experience, thoughtful attention, and a calm respect for the pace at which your change naturally unfolds. This work isn’t about fixing—it’s about reconnecting with what’s already within you. I created iQuest Coach to be a space where the neurodivergent experience is not only understood, but honored. Where “Why can’t I just…?” becomes “What if I could… differently?”
