Research and Development Hub of the Faculty of Organizational (R&D Hub FOS ) Sciences represents a place of meetings and extracurricular engagement of students and mentors in a unique, stimulating atmosphere of working together, sharing knowledge, developing entrepreneurial initiatives and strengthening the startup community at the faculty. The main objective of R&D Hub FOS is contribution to improving the competitiveness of the Serbian economy, the development of specific knowledge and skills of students through joint research and development projects of the Faculty and partner organizations to improve the conditions for employment of students, as well as creating conditions for self-employment. As a part of R&D Hub FOS six strategic directions of work are defined: - Realization of trainings, education and other forms of sharing knowledge to students of the Facutly, - Research projects defined by partners and / or the Faculty, - Development of projects defined by partners and / or the Faculty, - Developing students' business ideas and launching startups, - Monitoring and supporting projects of student organizations, - Setting up and monitoring a networ of the Faculty's alumni. R&D Hub FOS is meant for: - Undergraduate students, master studies students and doctoral studies students of the Faculty who want to further improve their knowledge and skills. - Partner organizations from the private and public sector (development partners) who have a need to involve students into their business processes. - Employees of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences who wish to engage in the activities of the Development Center through mentoring work with students.
