The company IREL, based near Gdańsk, in northern Poland, is an independent producer of remote radio control systems operating on the industrial market since 1995.
While ca. 50 per cent of the systems manufactured by the Polish company are mounted in gantry cranes (e.g. heavy and maritime industries), IREL devices (both off-the-shelf and customized solutions) are used everywhere, where remote control functions are applicable. IREL devices are used to remotely operate gantry cranes, cranes, concrete pumps, mobile platforms, handling, repair trains, etc.
