International Real Estate Research Consortium (IRERC)

The International Real Estate Research Consortium (IRERC) is a body of researchers primarily from academia with open invitations to industry practitioners, private equity, and civic leaders. Interdisciplinary scholarship is encouraged among members with invitations also extending to empiricist and economist communities. Along with providing a forum for research presentations at the annual Scholar Insights Conference, the Consortium helps facilitate industry-academic consulting deal-flow, provides research awards, and offers professional advancement services to help increase research salience and marketplace impact.
