India Realty Intelligentsia & Advisory, called in short IRIA, is India's first Independent Realty Think Tank & Centre of Excellence (CoE), to research, analyze and offer solutions in the real estate and urban infrastructure sectors. It aims at monitoring global trends, disseminate information and knowledge, and serve as an advisory to industry and government in the overall development of real estate and Infrastructure. It’s ethos is to nurture innovation, especially in the next generation and all stakeholders of the realty and Infrastructure community.
