IRIS Collective

Introduction IRIS Collective is a Northern Territory based organisation, founded in 2021. IRIS Collective comprises a group of experienced and like-minded practitioners focussed specifically participants who have impaired cognitive ability resulting in challenging behaviours. How do we make a difference? We are making a difference to the lives of our participants with impaired cognitive ability who may display behavioural challenges, by: Providing information We provide practical information for families, carers and professionals about understanding and supporting participants. Providing support Our Behaviour Support Practitioners can offer individual support and information in person, over the phone or by email. Running training workshops We offer a range of training workshops to carers, families and professionals. Our workshops have been found to reduce challenging behaviour and have positive outcomes for carers, families and professionals who attend.
