IRMA-Insights is headquartered out of Singapore with regional subsidiaries in Thailand, Indonesia, and Korea. Founded by pioneers in the UC-OMNI-CHANNEL business from Singtel/Telecoms Equipment who have combined years of experience in data video & voice, physical and network security, systems integration and project consultation in the ASEAN Plus region. IRMA’s team has vast experience in providing consultation works, designing and managing IT and security projects for its clientele such as that for Fullerton Hotel Project and expansion (IP telephony, Data and security, wireless), Pan Pacific Hotel & Resort Corporate Office (Singapore, Philippines Cebu, Bangkok – Guest Management and reservation system, Wireless, Data network and security), Intercontinental Hotel Group Regional Voice and Data Project, Sentosa Corporate Office, Fairmont Premise Wireless Project, Radisson Bangkok (Structured cabling, IP Telephone, Guest Management System, Wireless) to name a few. Since its inception, IRMA has since worked with other major multi-national organisations to help grow their business through better effective ways of connecting to their customers. Some of their enterprise customers include ACE American Marine & Fire Insurance (Building facilities data networking, Security CCTV, IP telephony, and Call Center and operate), FOX TV (Webhosting, datacenter, IT and networking and applications), True Yoga (direct and online marketing) to name a few. IRMA's latest infrastructure project involves building and maintaining a robust facilities for ACE American Fire and Marine Insurance facilities in Sukhumvit Interchange building , Bangkok (600 employees facilities). IRMA is likewise proud to announce its newly created Contact Center Division focusing on insurance acquisition, renewal, retention, customer care, back of house activities in Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan.
