IRoise [iʁwaz] Partners is a European advisory firm, founded in April 2022 by Jean-Philippe Keravec and Antoine Tiago. IRoise offers General Partners from the Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Debt asset classes the opportunity to externalise totally or partially their Investor Relations and fundraising activities through a long-term strategic partnership. Combining specialist advisory, project management and distribution capabilities, IRoise aims to enhance the profile of its clients within the LP community and to accelerate fundraisings. Headquartered in Paris and with a presence in London, IRoise comprises a senior and international team with extensive experience of connecting institutional investors with fund managers, gained from prior positions within leading global asset managers, placement agents and sovereign wealth funds.
