Iron-E, founded by Rishi Jain and Riddhi Aahir in Mumbai, aimed to revolutionize laundry services with personalized QR codes for easy ordering and a web-based platform eliminating app downloads. We implemented cost-effective delivery through route planning and meticulously planned our operations for maximum efficiency. Detailed customer analysis and machine capacity studies helped tailor our services and predict usage. Despite our innovative approach, high real estate costs and economic challenges led us to conclude that the business was not sustainable. The experience provided valuable insights into market research, operational planning, and financial viability, shaping future entrepreneurial endeavors.
