This level of focus and discipline has become the ethos of his organization.
Don is happily married to Kim and they are the proud parents of two enthusiastic children, Cadence and Emmerson. Away from the business, he enjoys his time training for Ironman, travelling with the family and making time for the occasional glass of fine red wine at the barbeque.
