His broad range of commercial and financial skills enable him to balance the interests of varied stakeholder groups to resolve complex strategic, structural and commercial problems thereby achieving the optimal outcome for all parties. A corporate governance specialist and skilled communicator, John has spent more than a decade as an active Business Angel, acting as chair of a number of investee companies. .
