Irrigation Academy

Irrigation Academy for Training and Consultation (IA) was established in response to the urgent need to narrow the rapidly growing gap between education and the human resource needs of the business community. Also, assisting the organizations and employees in attaining diverse goals, such as improving morale, sense of security, employee engagement, and overall competencies necessary to perform a particular job. The IA aims to serve the graduates and the employee at large through offering specially designed training programs and scholarships in new and unique methods that are tailored to enable youth to jump-start their careers. Hence, the Academy grants these young graduates the unique opportunity to realize their potential work and life aspirations. Moreover, a package of employment services will have offered to employers to support their efforts in recruiting the ideal graduates who are able to compete and seek advancement in their career path. As the IA believes that “Employability is Part of Our Responsibility”, we will measure the impact of our training programs and services by the employment rate of our graduates. In addition, the IA works on providing consultancy in the field of agricultural investment, as it has a long history and great experience in the field of agricultural engineering
