The IrriGUIDE manufactures and distributes the worlds first irrigating solution for surgical guides. It is well known that surgical guides obstruct the flow of saline to the implant osteotomy causing a rise in bone temperature which puts the implant at risk for failure. The IrriGUIDE Adapter is a simple add on to any surgical guide, rerouting the saline flow through and under the guide to allow for direct irrigation to the osteotomy and thereby keeping the bone cool. We don't make surgical guides, we make them "cooler".
