In December 2014, IRW officially acquired similar IT house UniTech™, creating a sister company based in Edinburgh, IRW-UniTech.
In August 2015, IRW was bought by Chess Group. IRW and The CRM Business have merged to form a new division within Chess - Chess Digital, creating an innovation leader in next generation technologies within IT and Professional services, heralding an exciting new phase for both organisations.
