IRWA Chapter 39

IRWA Chapter 39 serves the educational and professional development needs of right of way affiliates in San Antonio and much of South Texas through continuing education courses, chapter meetings, seminars and access to IRWA’s annual education conference. The chapter also hosts several social and professional networking events throughout the year. We welcome those who are principally engaged in the acquisition, management or disposition of property in connection with community, regional or national improvements, including highways, flood control projects, public utility construction, pipelines, railroads or other public development activities.
