The department of information systems at the University of Haifa was established in 2002. In 2008 the graduate program was established followed by the Ph.D. program in 2013. Today, we have 13 undergraduate programs and 3 graduate programs with more than 400 students. The variety of research conducted by department members is very large and includes information systems engineering, human-computer interaction (HCI), data science, knowledge representation, management of information systems, and more.
