International Society of Women Airline Pilots

The International Society of Women Airline Pilots (ISA+21) is the global voice to inspire, support and advocate for female airline pilots. Our organisation started with twenty-one pioneering female airline pilots in 1978 and has grown to represent women airline pilots in over 90 airlines and 25 countries. ISA+21 is the world’s largest single donor of advanced flight scholarships for women, annually awarding aircraft type-ratings and thousands of dollars in scholarship awards. In our 42-year history, we have awarded over $1.4 million to dedicated women pursuing their airline career. Our scholarship winners have gone on to successfully realize their dreams.
