Founded in 1969, ISACA sponsors international conferences, publishes the ISACA Journal, and develops international standards. It also administers the globally respected Certified Information Systems Auditor-CISA, Certified Information Security Manager-CISM, Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT-CGEIT and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control-CRISC and Certified Data Privacy Solution Engineer-CDPSE designations. ISACA developed and continually updates the DTEF - Digital Trust Ecosystem Framework, COBIT, Val IT and Risk IT frameworks, which help IT professionals and enterprise leaders fulfill their IT governance responsibilities and deliver value to the business. Our ISACA South Florida Chapter was chartered as the 33rd chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association® on December 2nd, 1978. The chapter includes more than 1500 members from Monroe to Palm Beach counties, Florida.
