ISALTIS is a French holding created in November 2011 by Orium (a private equity fund) and SPCH with the aim of creating a Fine Chemicals group. It is focused on servicing the Life Science and Industrial markets and has already become a major supplier of high purity mineral salts for Pharmaceutical, Nutritional, Personal Care and Industrial applications. Isaltis consists of 2 century old companies, Givaudan-Lavirotte, (ex-affiliate of Seppic) and Bernardy from SPCH which are specialized in mineral salts manufacture. Our sites are GMP certified and produce high quality active ingredients based on minerals (Calcium, Magnesium, Strontium or Zinc for instance), which are essential for every body function (hormone regulation, stamina, joint & bone health, tissue repair, energy production, acid-base balance, nerve function…) as well as in many industrial processes (pyrotechnics, catalysis, textile and leather, glass, metallurgy, automobile industry…).
