Objectives of the Israeli Association of Biological Psychiatry:
● Promoting biological research and its clinical application in psychiatry and the basic sciences related to it.
● Integration of clinicians and researchers in the fields of neurology and
psychobiology in psychiatric and neuropsychiatric research.
● Creating connections between scientists involved in the areas of interest of
biological psychiatry.
● Initiating and organizing lectures, symposia, scientific conferences, advanced
training and scientific activities in the field of biological psychiatry, neurology,
psychobiology and related fields.
● Representation of biological psychiatry towards the relevant institutions in
Israel and around the world.
● Fostering cooperation with other Israeli companies / associations that deal
with issues of interest to the members of the association.
The association is registered as a non-profit organization with the Registrar of Associations and acts in accordance with the regulations that apply to it.
