As a regional chapter of (ISC)², located in San Francisco and serving the Bay Area, our mission is to help strengthen the safety of society by promoting information security awareness, thus providing our members and other information security professionals with the opportunity to share knowledge, grow professionally, educate others, and collaborate on projects through information security education and certification.
The (ISC)² San Francisco Chapter Board was assembled in early May 2012.
The Chapter boundaries extend as far south as Mountain View, CA and includes San Mateo, San Francisco, Marin and Sonoma Counties.
