ISCAR Ground Services began operations at Maracaibo, Venezuela in 1981 servicing our aviation customers both domestic and international aviation, through our specialized ground support services.
With more of thirty years of experience and development, we offer a wide range of high quality airport services with a highly qualified capital and ground support equipment under international safety and service standards meeting the aviation regulations of the Venezuela Civil Aviation Authority (INAC), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Association International Air Transport Association (IATA), being the first airport services provider to get certified by the Venezuela Civil Aviation Authority (INAC).
