About iSeluleko Youth Leadership Development Forum (iSeluleko NPC)

A 100% black, female and 33% disabled owned non-profit company, iSeluleko Youth Leadership Development Forum also known as iSeluleko NPC, offers a holistic approach to leadership and personnel development solutions to the youth. This is done through partnering with and engaging our client, which is the KZN Department of Education, to ensure that we offer a client-centered service. The Nguni name “Seluleko”, meaning advice, is derived from our desire to offer our clients practical and sustainable advice and training on leadership at the different levels of development, using experienced leaders in different fields both in the private and public sector. Our main aim is to develop youth leadership through Leadership Talks, Workshops, Exhibitions and Seminars/Conferences. We also seek to cater for the specific needs of the disadvantaged youth by offering basic skills training and mentorship. We are a Zululand-based company, but seek to grow as the demand arises to the rest of KZN and countrywide. We seek to establish strategic alliances with local industries and government departments including our local municipalities.
