About Ishanya India Foundation
Ishanya India Foundation (IIF) is a not-for-profit organization established in the year 2015 with the intention to train and empower persons with disabilities (PWDs) At Ishanya, we follow a strength-based model that fosters agency, workplace competencies, and skills in people with Neurodiversity, thus making them independent, and empowered along with opening up more opportunities for the community. Through our programs, we aim to create persistent, empowered self-advocates and an ecosystem of workplaces that strive to achieve an inclusive society.
