Ism is an era, that the firm envisions defining with their approach towards their uniquely intertwined architectural practice. This reflects in the way they reciprocate to each project in their own way with their strong architectural beliefs while not compromising client’s needs. The firm was established in 2010 with a vision for a multidisciplinary approach towards projects. The founders Ali Iqbal Kaderi, Amol Suryavanshi and Nandan malani specialises in different aspects of an architectural project. Ali hails from Urban design background and has critical eye for details and material exploration. Amol specialises in Interior design and works painstakingly till the last piece of art is put together on site. Nandan masters in landscape design and has developed a unique landscape based approach for all their project endeavours. With such complementing mix of expertise, the firm intends to provide a holistic vision and solution for their projects. In a short span of 14 years the firm boasts of projects ranging from plush bungalows, multi-family residences, landscape for in lavish farmhouses and resorts, commercial and residential interiors as well as factory projects. The firm strongly believes in sensitising the clients with vocabulary and aesthetics that they have developed over the years of practice. This is important part of their process for approaching any project. Each project is a new learning for them along with clients as every time it deals with unique client needs to be blend with their architectural beliefs. This ends up with a unique solution each time for every project they handle.
