ISOAI

(a) To coordinate, develop, promote and foster the advancement of scientific research and clinical practice in osteoarthritis and osteoarthritis imaging through education and research; (b) To provide researchers, physicians, allied health professionals and scientists with educational programs and materials regarding osteoarthritis and osteoarthritis imaging; (c) To improve the content and value of educational activities relating to osteoarthritis and osteoarthritis imaging; (d) To promote research in all aspects of osteoarthritis and osteoarthritis imaging and related research and sciences, including basic clinical research in the promotion of quality healthcare for people suffering from osteoarthritis; (e) To bring together a closer fellowship among all branches of medicine, research, science, and industry allowing for greater cooperation among the osteoarthritis community dedicated to the furtherance of the understanding, diagnosis, management and cure of osteoarthritis; (f) To foster the exchange of knowledge and ideas among the Corporation’s constituents and the community at large by providing meetings, conferences and digital forums for the presentation and discussion of clinical case studies, scientific papers, and reviews on all aspects of osteoarthritis and osteoarthritis imaging, related pathology and clinical management; (g) To participate, as far as circumstances may warrant, in any activity designed and established to promote the general health, and address the challenges of people affected by osteoarthritis, including making distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code (except that the Corporation shall not engage in the practice of medicine); (h) To receive by gifts, devises, bequests, or otherwise, any kind of property, absolutely or in trust, the principal or income of the same to be used for the furtherance of the purposes designated herein;
