Isokon is now the clear market leader for probate software in the UK, with more than 200 law firms as customers (40% of law firms who do probate and private client work) of which 15 are Top 100 firms, and more than 2,000 individual users. Isokon has a rock solid accounting engine that has been developed and refined over the last 20 years, with an extensively developed case management component. Our case management also contains a number of workflows with ‘to do’ lists. This is used by our customers as a case review tool to manage and monitor their work in a highly flexible manner. An instantly viewable distribution window with balance sheet enables our customers to respond instantly to client calls without having to search for the file. In order to assist our customers further we have a support team most of whom are former probate practitioners. We provide a consultancy type of support in doing the actual trust and probate work. Our team includes tax specialists who are readily available to provide tax advice.
