Isotopic Analytics is a small start-up looking to apply multivariate stochastic volatility modeling to traditional equities pricing. Inspired by data-smoothing principles in radioactive sub-atomic magnetism, our team is working on predictive pricing models that plan for future quantum computing technology and high frequency security exchange as an eventual inevitability.
Our vision utilizes Bayesian multivariate statistical models and fast processing speed to prepare for near-instant trade execution across a much more connected world. This predictive methodology can be applied to any instrument priced with 5 or more potential variables, including commodities, proving invaluable for corporations, investment institutions, and even retail equities traders as they seek to navigate the financial markets.
Our flagship indicator, slated for release in December 2021, will use intra-day option derivatives, with particular attention to gamma, to predict near-term continuation or reversion.
Other projects include derivative pricing models that account for 5th and higher moments of variance, fragility predictors, range predictors, and price forecasts, with a particular focus on finding the most fair priced instrument to suit your near-term financial goals.
